Children and Extra Beds:

All children under 12 stay free of charge when using existing bedding in their parents' room.
The maximum capacity of extra sofa beds (single) or baby cots per room is 1. In Suites: a maximum of 1 extra double sofa bed + 1 baby cot.
Extra sofa beds (for guests aged 12 and older) are available at an additional charge of €16 per person, per day. Baby cots (complimentary) are available upon request only.

Pets:

Pets are allowed (supplement of €9 per pet, per day).

American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Carte Bleue, Diners Club, Maestro.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
Your reservation is fully secure. All personal data is encrypted and processed securely. Hôtel Vatel takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously; it is used solely to process your booking.
A credit card number is required to confirm the booking. Reservations made on hotelvatel.com (or by phone) incur no booking fees, and your card will not be charged, except during specific periods or for specific rates (please inquire). Full payment is due upon arrival. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card prior to arrival. Upon check-in, this credit card must be presented and must be under your name or under the name of a guest present at the hotel.
Room rates include the room, VAT, and service charges. City tax (€2.20 per person, per night) is not included.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation up to 24 hours before the arrival date, no fee will be charged to the credit card provided.
In case of late cancellation or a no-show, the hotel will charge the cost of the first night to the credit card provided.
